SurveyStance customers can now create and use QR codes as a secondary method to capture feedback included in your existing subscription! The survey will 100% mirror what they do on the device or digitally, but on their smart device. Cool right?!


Here is the breakdown of how it works, how to set it up and how to see who is using it for both the Kiosk Feedback Surveys and One Click/ Email Signature Surveys.




Kiosk Feedback Survey

  • How it works: Open your camera on your smart phone, hover the QR code and click on the pop up that appears on the top of the screen. It will automatically open the survey. The survey experience will be exactly the same on the participants smart phone as it is on the kiosk.


  • How to set up a QR code for a particular device/location/survey: 
    • On the left navigation panel under Survey Kiosk, click QR Codes
    • Click on the Add New QR Code button
    • It will bring you to this screen to input the following:
      • Device ID/ Location
      • If you would like the survey participant to take the survey multiple times. You will be able to set it for the participant to take the survey: After 1 day, Always, Never, After 1 week.
      • Survey
    • Once populated, click Add QR Code
    • Then click back to QR Codes on the left navigation to view the QR Code. You can then view and edit as needed

  • Where can participants access the QR Code?
    • The QR code will show on the Welcome Page of the survey. *Note: If you want to have the QR code visible on your kiosk survey screen, you must enable the Welcome Page to do so. 
    • Additionally (or alternatively), we recommend creating stickers, posters, banners that you can display at your facility for customers / employees to see (details below).


  • Stickers/ Posters/ Banners:
    • Survey marketing collateral can be purchased for an additional cost. SurveyStance can offer a variety of templates to use and can customize to your company branding. Stickers come in rectangle (vertical or horizontal) or circles at a variety of sizes. Posters and Banners are rectangular (vertical or horizontal). Pricing depends on type, size and volume.   • Can the QR Code be customized to your branding?

      • Survey
      • If you would like the survey participant to take the survey multiple times. You will be able to set it for the participant to take the survey: After 1 day, Always, Never, After 1 week.
    • Once populated, click Add QR Code
    • Then click back to QR Codes on the left navigation to view the QR Code. You can then view and edit as needed
    • View screen shown below to either Copy qr code or Copy
