Confirm Rating To Prevent Fake Responses
SurveyStance has released the ability to enable Rate Confirmations. This is to help solve for instances that bots crawl emails and may click emoji's resulting in fake feedback ratings.
Installing Require Rate Confirmation
In the SurveyStance app, go to OneClick Survey > Landing Page in the left sidebar.
Find Landing Page Name and click Edit.
Under General Settings, turn on Require Confirmation.
Find Require Confirmation setting and click Enable.
Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.
Testing Require Rate Confirmation
Test by clicking an emoji in your email signature. It will appear something similar to the below:
If the rating is not confirmed by clicking the OK button illustrated above, the rating will not be stored in SurveyStance.
