Account admins can manage the SurveyStance subscription from the app.

1. Log in at app.surveystance.com.
2. In the left sidebar under Account Settings, click Billing.
3. You'll see your subscription status. Click Open billing portal to update your payment method, manage your subscription or download invoices.

The billing portal becomes available once a billing profile has been created for your account. If you don't see Billing, ask your Survey Admin for access.
