If you are trying to log into the app on the iPad device but are receiving a "Device Not Found" error on the screen, please try to troubleshoot by following the below 2 steps.
1. Please make sure that you are connected to Wi-Fi. More often than not, that will fix the issue.
2a. Software Only Customers: If that does not work, please delete the SurveyStance app from your iPad and re-install. Once the app is deleted, open the app store on your iPad, search for SurveyStance Pro and download. Login again and that should do the trick!
2b. Whole Package Customers (using SurveyStance iPads): Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reinstall the app on your behalf.
